Replying to Confessions

Do you do it? I know we're not supposed to and I always used to get pissed off when people did it, but there has been a couple times when I just couldn't not reply to a confession because it stuck a chord in me. Also, it felt pretty good when someone replied to one of mine

What are your thoughts on it? Should group hug have a feature to reply to confessions, or would that ruin the site?

Yeah, I used to vote them down and get a bit angry at people who did it. But now, I've actually done it a few times myself. As long as half of the confessions on Group Hug aren't replies I'm fine with it.

I agree, it used to make me a bit upset and it still does when people do it to make fun of or be a jerk about someone's confession, but I am definitely guilty of replying. Sometimes I just feel like I have to because I can relate so well or I want to make someone feel better.

The only time replies annoy me is when they're making fun of the confession. If they're trying to relate to the confessor or make them feel better, then I'm all for it.

I haven't really seen that many people making fun of confessions, other than obvious spammers/trolls.

I have replied to a handful here or there. The only remotely annoying thing about threads being replied to is that I have to then go search the confession number in order to know what is being written about. Otherwise, I think it is kinda sweet when someone else puts enough effort into replying, especially to help, be supportive or such.
